Financial Aid

The School of Architecture subcommittee of the Rice University Committee of Undergraduate Admissions makes admissions decisions for undergraduate programs in architecture. Exclusively, Student Financial Services makes financial aid decisions for undergraduates.

Admissions and financial aid decisions for professional and advanced studies at the graduate level are made through the Office of Advanced Studies and Research of Rice University, acting upon recommendations made by the School of Architecture.

The School of Architecture seeks academically able students who show promise of superior creative ability. Rice University admits students without regard to race, color, creed, sex, age, national or ethnic origin, or physical handicap.
