Assistant Professor Andrew Colopy will be speaking at Tulane School of Architecture's Fieldwork: Design Build Construction symposium, which will explore the past, present and future of design-build discourses in architectural education. Leading educators and practitioners from across the country will share their perspectives on the context, methods, and contribution of design-build curricula, examining roles, works and impacts at diverse scales and geographies. Other speakers of interest include Coleman Coker of Gulf Coast DesignLab, Katherine Hogan of Tonic Design, Adam Hopfner of Yale's Block Building Project.
The two-day symposium begins on Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, at 1:00 pm, followed by an evening reception. On Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, panels begin at 10:00 am and conclude with the final keynote at 4:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
