Paul Vantieghem
Prior to founding Vantieghem Talebi with Raha Talebi, he worked with Stéphane Beel Architects, Beel & Achtergael Architects, and Herzog & de Meuron. As an associate with the latter firm, he worked on the Tate Modern Extension and was project manager for the Bordeaux Stadium, leading both design development and technical construction aspects.
As a principal at Vantieghem Talebi, he works to improve design environments of all sizes, from exhibitions and private residences to large-scale industrial headquarters and urban masterplans. Operating from Venice Beach and Basel, the firm fosters individualized projects that result in novel approaches informed by observation. Paul Vantieghem is a registered architect with SIA, the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects.
Raha Talebi
Prior to founding Vantieghem Talebi with Paul Vantieghem, she worked with FOA and Herzog de Meuron. As a senior architect with the latter, she served as project manager on the M+ Museum and Offices in Hong Kong and Powerhouse Arts in Brooklyn, New York. Deeply invested in writing and teaching, Raha has lectured at UCLA and was the Esherick Visting Professor at UC Berkeley.
