Lovett Square

This three-story 36-unit townhouse project has six modular clusters arranged along a linear promenade that opens into six smaller courtyards and elevated patios. 72 parking spaces are concealed beneath the patios and four story units. The exterior massing of the complex responds to three different scales (the complex’s massing), two different street scales (one quiet, one noisy) and a more intimate enclosed courtyard scale (group of six with individuated units). The project won a Progressive Architecture Award.
